About NeuroVision360

Built where learning, language, and technology meet.

NeuroVision360 began in Learning and Development, but it was never only about content. It was about people doing real work, the systems they have to use, and whether learning actually helps them do the job.

That is still the foundation. It is also why NV360 is building technology differently.

Founded by Graquel Hutchinson

Graquel Hutchinson, founder of NeuroVision360

Graquel Hutchinson is an award-winning instructional designer, learning leader, and AI practitioner with more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of people, learning, and technology.

Her work has included Fortune 100 organizations and training programs for the U.S. Army's Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear School. Across telecommunications, finance, aviation, defense, energy, and technology, she has worked hand in hand with IT and development teams to help people learn more than 500 software systems.

That experience matters. It means she understands both sides of the work: what a system is designed to do and what it asks of the people expected to use it.

The combination behind NV360

Graquel holds a bachelor's degree in British and American Literature. Language is not an afterthought in her work. It is how people make sense of a system, make decisions, and carry an idea into action.

She has also kept a practical technical fluency since learning to code in 2000, working across XML, ColdFusion, HTML, and, today, JavaScript and Python in support of AI development. That fluency lets her evaluate how a system works, not simply whether it sounds good in a demo.

Her current work is focused on AI development. She completed Outskill's six-month AI Generalist Fellowship in 2025 and is completing her MBA through William Jewell University's Oneday program, with a 4.0 GPA and graduation expected October 31, 2026.

The combination is unusual: deep Learning and Development experience, language and communication, technical judgment, systems thinking, and strong pattern recognition. It is the reason NV360 can look at AI as more than a tool or a trend. We look at the whole system: the purpose, the people, the logic, the boundaries, and the consequences.

As Graquel deepened her work in generative AI, she began developing CSD/IBP: the internal method that now informs GRACIE and NV360's human-directed work. The tools matter, but the real question is what they should be allowed to do, what they need to know, and where people must retain control.

Learning is the foundation.

NV360 draws from learning science, evidence-informed design, and the neuroscience of how people learn. That does not mean using theory as decoration. It means asking better questions about attention, memory, practice, feedback, motivation, and what someone needs to be able to do.

The goal is not to make more training. It is to design learning that is thoughtful, useful, and built for people.

The work is growing from there.

GRACIE is NV360's developing instructional-engineering system. NV360 Labs is where we explore and carefully test other human-directed applications, including the Human-Directed Email Agent.

They are different kinds of work, but they share the same belief:

Technology should work for people. Not replace them.

How we work

NeuroVision360 can partner on Learning and Development work that needs clear thinking, sound design, and respect for the people doing the work. We bring the same perspective to consulting, instructional engineering, and the technology we are building.
