This notice covers the NeuroVision360 informational website, email contact, the waitlist form, and the linked scheduling service. It does not cover a released Email Agent service or access to a Gmail mailbox.

The waitlist form collects your name and email address, an optional answer about what you would like help with in your inbox, and your consent to availability and early-access updates. We store those details, the signup date, the consent wording and version, and the website source in a Cloudflare D1 database. Please do not include email contents or sensitive information in your answer.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. Appointment booking takes place on Cal.com, which handles information under its own privacy practices.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile verification to protect the waitlist form from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical connection and browser information to deliver and protect these services. The waitlist application does not store your IP address.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website traffic and performance. If you allow Google Analytics, it measures page visits and actions such as product interest and successful waitlist requests. Names, email addresses, and form answers are not included in our analytics events. Google Analytics may use cookies. You can decline it or change your choice through Analytics preferences.

We use contact and waitlist information for the purposes you request. Hosting, email, and scheduling providers may process information in providing their services. We may also disclose information when required by law. This website does not send your information to the Email Agent or a payment processor.

To ask about information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or withdraw a waitlist request, email graquel@neurovision360.com. Email records may remain in provider backups according to the provider’s retention practices. A specific retention schedule for the waitlist will be established before promotional updates begin.

Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. Your choice is remembered in this browser and can be changed through Analytics preferences. Campaign tags, the landing page, and the referring website may be kept for this browser session and saved with your waitlist request so we can understand how people find us. We do not store referring-page query strings. This site does not change its response based on a browser Do Not Track signal.

External sites and services have their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated before new collection, payments, or public Gmail connections are introduced.
