GRACIE

Training isn’t a content problem. It’s an engineering problem.

Real learning design has constraints, stakeholders, and consequences.

GRACIE is being developed to help people design with integrity, structure, and control. It is built for humans: designed to amplify human expertise, not replace it.

In development

Start with the work people need to do.

Good learning begins with a clear understanding of the performance need.

What do people need to do differently? What do they need to know, practice, decide, or apply? What gets in the way?

GRACIE is being built to help turn those questions into intentional learning design. Learning science and the neuroscience of how people learn are part of the foundation, so the work goes beyond polished content and focuses on what helps people learn, remember, and use new skills.

People stay in control.

GRACIE is not designed to replace instructional designers, facilitators, subject-matter experts, or the people who own the work.

It is designed to support them.

People bring the context, experience, creativity, and final judgment. GRACIE brings structure to the learning-engineering process.

Rigor when it matters. Creativity when it helps.

Not every learning project needs the same approach.

Some work needs a rigorous, structured path. Some needs more room to explore, interpret, and create. Some needs both: a strong instructional foundation with more creative freedom later in the work.

GRACIE is being developed to support that choice.

What comes next

The first GRACIE automation planned for release is instructor-led training.

The current direction is a tentative 2027 release. That is a planned next step, not a promise or a finished product.

GRACIE grew from NeuroVision360’s Learning & Development work and the belief that technology should help people do better work without removing their authority.
