NV360 Labs
Exploring what human-directed technology can do.
NV360 Labs is where we explore and test technology that works for people, not in place of them.
The work is connected to the same thinking behind GRACIE: thoughtful structure, learning from real use, and a clear place for human judgment.
Human-directed means people keep the authority.
It is more than asking someone to approve a result at the end.
People should be able to set the purpose, decide the boundaries, protect what matters, review the work, correct it, pause it, or stop it. Technology can assist with the work. It does not get to decide what matters on its own.
That is the kind of work NV360 Labs is here to explore: useful applications, careful testing, and no pretending something is settled before the evidence is there.
Introducing NV360's Human-Directed Email Agent
If you have had the same email address for 20 years, your inbox probably has a life of its own.
Important messages sit beside receipts, promotions, old notifications, and things you meant to deal with months ago. The inbox gets bigger, the task feels impossible, and eventually you stop opening the folders you know you need to handle.
The Human-Directed Email Agent is being developed for that problem.
The planned first offer is a one-time email cleanup for one personal Gmail mailbox, assessing up to 25,000 messages. No subscription. No recurring automatic cleanup. No handing your inbox over to a black box.
You direct the work.
You choose what the agent considers, how the work is organized, and what needs protection.
Before any change is made, you can review the proposed approach, sample results, and the exact groups of messages involved. You can approve, reject, or narrow a proposed change.
The agent does not receive standing permission to act on future emails just because they look similar. You stay in control of your inbox.
Built for a real inbox, not a perfect one.
The Human-Directed Email Agent is being designed to help people work through a large, accumulated inbox without losing the messages that matter.
Its first permitted changes are simple: apply approved labels and archive approved messages. It does not delete mail, unsubscribe you, send messages, change Gmail settings, or take over ongoing inbox management.
